Identify your tap or shower cartridge and replace it

A member of our experienced sales team can quickly help you identify the tap or shower part that you need and assist you in finding the correct replacement.

Remove the valve or cartridge from the tap and photograph it. Use the help images below to note down the required measurements in millimeters. Upload this information to our website via this page and note any other info you feel would be useful in the "Measurements & Additional Information" box.  Unfortunately, we cannot rely solely on a photo of the cartridge/valve next to a measuring tape.
