Returns Policy

If you do not wish to keep your purchase, we are happy to accept your return as long as the goods are unused, in perfect and resalable condition in its original packaging within 28 days for a full refund.

To return an unwanted item, simply send it to our mailing address below together with a note of your invoice/order reference requesting a refund.  Please do not apply postage labels directly onto product packaging.  We recommend returning items by recorded delivery to ensure safe receipt. Please ensure that all goods are well protected and packed in an outer box as we are unable to accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse - Please allow up to 14 working days from receipt of return for your refund to be processed.

Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

Special Order Products

Any special order products including gold taps returned or cancelled are not subject to our normal returns policy and will be subject to a restocking charge of 30%. We are unable offer refunds on bespoke items.
