UK Delivery
Standard delivery is available within mainland UK

A small delivery charge of £3.95 is added to all mainland UK orders no matter where you are.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £75

 

Despatch of all orders is normally within 24 hours of receipt of order. If any items are not available we will endeavour to contact you with a delivery date. If this date is not acceptable, you have the option to cancel your order.

You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing.

 

Collection Service

We offer a collection service from our distribution warehouse in Sarratt, Hertfordshire. Please call us if you would like to collect your order.

 

Delivery to offshore UK, Northern Ireland, Eire and EU destinations
We can deliver to offshore UK, Ireland and Europe for an additional delivery charge.

To order for any of these destinations, simply select the zone where you want delivery and add that to the shopping cart and then proceed to order any products as required.

  • ZONE 1 - Channel Islands, Offshore Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight: £15.00
  • ZONE 2 - Northern Ireland: £17.50
  • ZONE 3 - Southern Ireland: £20
  • ZONE 4 - Other EU countries (Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Spain): £25
